This organic wine from Sicily is a delightful blend of Grillo (70%) and Viognier (30%). This is a fragrant wine, with aromas of apples, pears, peaches and lemon zest. On the palate, you get more of the peach and lemon zest come through, with some white flowers and a little nuttiness. This is a well balanced wine that is fresh with pleasant minerality. As a result, it is equally good with food or on its own.
