This is an excellent white wine that is different to your standard Chardonnays or Sauvignon Blancs. It’s a good alternative to Pinot Grigio or even Albariño, but it’s more special because it’s a lot more aromatic and flavourful. Unusually, Pedro Ximenez grapes are used to make this wine, even though they are normally used to make Sherry. We love this wine; the smell is so inviting – it smells smooth and creamy – and then the taste wakes up your mouth and delivers a whack of flavour. Everyone should try it.
