A blend of 55% Trebbiano di Soave and 45% Garganega, this pale wine is a crisp lively white. It has flavours of almonds and honey, giving a sense of marzipan. The aromas of this wine are green apple and citrus.
The Garganega grapes used in this wine grow on hillside vineyards just outside the Soave region in the Val d’Alpone.
