A single estate white wine from Polgoon that is expertly blended. They have combined Seyval Blanc (often used in sparkling wines) with the lesser know Ortega grape. The grapes are fermented together and then lightly oaked. As a result, you end up with a delightful wine that has a floral and honeysuckle nose. On the palate, you get white peach and grape flavours with a butterscotch richness from the oak, all finished off with a gentle acidity.
