Polgoon Bacchus White is from the tip of Cornwall and shows excellent character. To start with you get aromas of lime zest, grapefruit pith and cut grass. And then on tasting, you get flavours of elderflower and gooseberry along with other citrus fruit flavours. The grapes are hand-harvested and then the stems are removed before the wine is tank fermented. This wine is an absolute must for all English wine enthusiasts and anyone keen to try something new. This Bacchus is perfect with food.

This is a really good quality white wine, which had a really lovely fruity smell and taste. As someone who is more of a red wine drinker than white, this is one of the nicest white wines that I’ve tried, and I will definitely buy it in the future.

Delicious wine! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Nice depth and clear fruity flavours, easy to drink and nice and refreshing.
