Aromas of red ripe fruits burst from the glass with this Rioja. Combined with delicious scents of warm cakes, and a touch of anise and oak. Lots of flavours of dark fruit, smooth tannins, and some slight toffee and vanilla make this wine stand out.
85% Tempranillo with 10% Garnacha and 5% Graciano. Each grape is vinified separately in Ganimede system stainless steel tanks, before being racked off into small, underground concrete tanks. Aged for 18 months in new and used American oak barrels with light toast levels, then bottle matured for 6 months prior to release.
A wine that balances tradition and technology perfectly.
