This is a beautiful organic Gamay from the Loire valley. On the nose, you get inviting aromas of lavender, violet, cherry and chocolate with some savoury earthy notes. On the palate, you get cherry, red berry, butterscotch, spice and a little earthiness. The wine is medium bodied with silky smooth tannins and a long finish. Overall, we think this is a cracking example of a red from the Loire valley.
