This Bordeaux Supérieur wine is an 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon blend from the heart of Bordeaux. The wine has a classic Bordeaux nose with ripe fruit, high tannins and a great finish. The grapes are hand-picked before spending three to four weeks on the skins fermenting. Some malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks to give creamy notes. The wine is then aged for 12 months in wooden barrels. All in all, this French Bordeaux wine ticks all the right boxes and is of a quality that you would expect from a much higher priced wine.
