This Hautes Côtes de Beaune Chardonnay typifies wines from this region. The wine is a pale gold in colour. The nose is bursting with fresh notes of peach and citrus with a tinge of fresh hazelnut. Upon drinking, you get more of these white stone fruit flavours, balanced with fresh acidity and a creamy medium body. The wine has a long and delicate finish. All in all a very good vegan white Burgundy for the price.
87 / 100 Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast (2015 vintage)
From the hills behind the main Beaune vineyards, this is a soft style of Chardonnay. It is all white-stone fruit with a creamy texture and warm acidity. Rich and easy, it is ready to drink.
