This organic red is made from the Monastrell grape (or Mourvèdre grape as it’s more commonly known) in the South of Spain. The wine has rich notes of plums and cherries, with underlying herbal notes. Following on from the aromas, the palate offers sumptuous tannins, rich fruit and a long finish. Altogether, this wine gives you a real taste of Southern Spain. They make the wine using 25 year old vines, which have been grown organically.
