A Mano Bianco is a really unusual wine from Puglia because it’s a blend of two less common grapes: Fiano Minutolo (no relation to Fiano!) and Greco.
The resulting wine is very aromatic with notes of peach, pears, nectarines and a little jasmine. It is delightfully crisp and surprisingly full-bodied. Overall, this creates a very drinkable fruity white wine.
